今天收到一封信，大概意思是英国政府正在调查大家对pay as you drive的意见，号召大家参加petitions。


每辆车都将安装一个跟踪设备，大概200镑。政府会每月给你寄张单。根据BBC的调查显示，最便宜的28镑每月（如果你住在偏远地区），对于一个普通delivery driver来说要194镑，如果你是一个家庭主妇每天只用车子送小孩上学的话要68镑。另外，你的动向随时被监控，如果你那天不小心在路上稍微超速，政府会给在每月给你的账单上附上一张超速警告（Notice of Intended Prosecution ）。

Don't think it is practical. No such a country so far has attempted to do this. Believe or not, UK will not be the first one to eat this crab.

However, I believe if this policy is propsed in China it will be implemented in just a few months.
