求助各位经验人士，我最近需要将我的护照寄到home office续签签证，我拿到的是HSMP，请问一下事宜：
一般寄签需要多久护照才能回来，网上说4周到14周，我想春节回家过年，我如何催促home office尽快办理呢？
另外，如果将所有资料和护照寄出，是否还需要另加一个special delivery的邮资或者named address envelop?
望指教！很久没有自己寄签了，一直是大学给办理的，手续都忘了

For your 1st question, there isn't a definite answer for that, since it pretty much depends on the efficiency of Home Office and postal service. so it varies case by case.
For your 2nd question, I think it is a better idea to do that and it may speed things up.
