My wife and I both are currently studying the master program in the UK (both student visa now).
After our graduation this year, I intend to take another master course in Scotland. However, my wife does not want to take a new one but stay with me here instead, namely she wants to exchange her visa style from student to dependant (spouse) here. I have following questions:
1. Does any one have idea whether she should apply and fill in a new dependant (spouse) visa form separate from me, or just fill up the relevant dependent sections in my student visa form (because I see there are some sections for dependant in the student visa form)?
2. I will apply my study visa for my new course in the UK as previous time, so can she apply with me together here, or she has to apply from home country?
3. If I successfully finish my new master course in Scotland, and when I apply the Fresh Talent Visa, can she still apply to stay with me for another corresponding two years? If it is possible, does she have to apply it separately or just fill the relevant contents in my application form?
4. What if I could not find a job soon after my graduation in Scotland, but we have enough financial support from both our parents? In this case, can she apply to stay with me for another two years?
5. Is there any limitation of work for her dependant (spouse) visa, like working time?
6. If we could apply both our visa in one form not separate (like student visa, she just fill the relevant section as spouse). How about the fee? Just pay it as a single fee or double it?
