主要职责Key Responsibilities:
- 负责华为大学E-LEARNING和多媒体课程的规划、设计和开发。
- Responsible for e-learning and multi-media courseware planning, design and development.
- 主要任务包括但不限于如下某一/些方面的工作：E-LEARNING／多媒体课件的分析、稿本设计、素材制作、程序开发、课件工具的开发和使用支持。
- Key job responsibilities include but not limit to the one or more of the following work: e-courseware analysis, draft design, material development, programming, courseware tool development and use supports.
关键要求Key Qualifications:
- 具有3-5年以上在多媒体课件公司从事WBT/CBT课件的设计、程序开发经验，具有标准课件（AICC/SCORM）的开发经验者更佳。
- Minimum of 3-5 years work experience in multi-media industry with WBT/CBT courseware design, programming and development, preferably direct experience in AICC/SCORM development.
- 具有教学设计、教育学、心理学的基础知识，熟悉教学设计方法论。
- Basic knowledge of instructional design, education, psychology and mastery of instructional design techniques.
- 熟练操作网页设计的相关软件：Flash、Dreamweaver、Frontpage、Fireworks等；熟悉Director、Authorware等课件开发软件；熟练使用Photoshop图像处理工具；熟悉各类网络流媒体技术，了解各类格式的声音、视频等处理方法。了解E-LEARNING课件的标准（AICC/SCORM等）。
- Professional knowledge and skills in web design and related software: Flash, Dreamweaver, Frontpage, Fireworks, etc.; understand Authorware or other course development software; proficient in graphic development tools such as Photoshop, and other web stream media technology; understand A/V standards, AICC/SCORM or other e-learning courseware standards.
- 了解课件开发的基本流程，对课程很好的理解力和悟性, 了解培训业务，严谨踏实，有良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神以及国际化／跨文化视野和敏感性。
- Good business acumen and understanding of training and instructional design process, committed professional with good communications skills and teamwork spirit, and multi-national/cross-cultural exposure and sensitivity.
- 流利的中英文（或其他语言）能力；学历与专业背景不限，但需有相关技术领域专业训练，教育技术学专业、教学设计专业或相关领域硕士以上学历为佳。
- Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English (or other languages), minimum a Bachelor’s degree in any fields, must have related technical training, a Master’s in educational technology, instructional design or related field a plus.
