收到一个offer letter,告诉我：

I am delighted to confirm that ur recent application to study for a postgraduate course at the university has beec successful.If there are conditions, please note that u must provide satisfactory original documentary evidence that u have met these conditions prior to ur arrival at the university.If u are an international student,once we have received ur original supporting documents we will issue an unconditional offer letter to assist u to obtain a student visa and register at the university on the start date overleaf.

I do hope u will accept this offer_u may do so on-line or by completing and returning the enclosed PG01 form to the contact named overleaf（把表格给信背面标出的联系人）.

We will be sending u further information regarding arriving and registration approximately 4 weeks prior to the start of ur course but in the mean-time please keep in touch by using our applications on-line web site.

I hope u will accept our offer and we look forward to welcoming u in due course as one of our registered postgraduate students. If u have any queries about this offer please do not hesitate to contact us.

以上就是offer letter的主体部分，为了省事，我把you用u代替了，把 your用 ur代替了。
然后此信的背面就是offer of a place on a postgraduate course-terms of offer
的列表，列有开学日期，学费，每月生活费，等事项，在“conditions of offer”一项中，后面填写的是"unconditional"。

请问：这算是可以用去签证的offer 了么？信的第一个段说如果我是国际学生的话，要提交原始文件，才能给我用于签证的offer，是怎么回事？

另外还有几个问题：
1、我已经把来信中用以接受offer的表邮寄回去了，也在网上申请的地方接受了，应该是双保险了吧？可是，我邮寄回去的信，好像没有按照他要求的写上联系人的姓名，这样有什么后果么？

2、另外，如果是conditional offer,(附条件的offer),并且仅仅是语言达不到要求，能用于签证么？

把资金证明的原件给他们寄过去。等他们把uncon的offer寄过来再签。con的offer不是很保险。

是啊。

另外不明白语言成绩不够是什么意思。语言成绩是con offer里面require的吗？不是的话应该没什么问题。
