7 RETENTION OF TITLE
7.1 Equipment shall remain Seller’s property until Buyer has made full and unconditional payment to Seller of all sums due to it in respect of the Equipment.
7.2 Until payment in full by Buyer, Equipment shall be held by Buyer as bailee for Seller and will be (at no cost to Seller) separately from all other goods of the Buyer or any third party in such a way that they remain readily identifiable as Seller’s property and Buyer shall not destroy, deface or obscure any identifying mark or packaging on or relating to the Equipment.

RETENTION OF TITLE是指所有权的保留
基本意思是：
直到买方无条件地向买方付完全部设备款以后，设备的所有权才能由卖方所有变成买方的财产。
在设备款完全付完之前，买方将仅作为卖方的保管受托人持有从卖方购买的设备，而且不能与买方或其他第三方的货物混合。同时买方也不得毁坏设备、损坏设备外观，或者清除设备或与之设备有关的包装。
