CGA wishes to appoint a Senior Policy Consultant. The firm is a PRC-based consultancy with strategy consultancy with deep expertise in policy issues across the spectrum of the Chinese world. The successful candidate will be responsible for CGA’s in-house research capability and networks for sustainability, and policy in general; scoping of projects and research (management as well as execution) in the areas of sustainability, corporate responsibility and public policy; management of joint research projects with CGA counterparts; also engagement with external entities including government, think tanks and NGOs.

Applicants should have demonstrable policy/research experience with a particular focus on China (ideally a minimum of five years’ research experience in research institutes, universities, think-tanks, governments or international organisations). Practical experience in policy dialogue would be highly valued. Excellent writing skills, coupled with an ability to communicate effectively are critical. English to mother tongue standard along with a good level of Mandarin (written & spoken) required.
