My landlord saying all the professionals living don't need to pay the coucil tax, all is included in the rent.

I have heard that the council tax is calculated by each house, professional people living in a house can share their council tax. Is it correct?

I wanna ask if there will be any problem if I keep not paying council tax? Gonna affact my applying for PR or something else. Do the councils have any records?

Does it mean your landlord will pay for it? Except the proerpty is occupied by students only, you do need to pay it. But you can apply for 25% discount when only one person living in the property

Actually it depends on the value of the propery on1991 when all councils did the valuation. Normally all propery with the same postcode pay the same.
