大家在英国都会遇上转身份签证的问题，例如学生转工作签证，visitor转HSMP，等等。到底某些情形是允许在英国直接转呢？目前的HO文件很繁琐，还经常变动。因此，有必要将其总结一下。注意：这里说的都是在英国签证的例子。


1 Vistor 签证（对于要求签证进入的国家，如中国）
转student -- 不能
转student 陪读签证--能（网友littlebull的经验）
转WP--不能
转HSMP--不能
转fresh talent配偶签证--不能(参见:http://www.dajiatan.com/bbs/index.php?showtopic=34580)
申请EU申根签证--能，但实际操作困难，审查时间必须预留一个月（斑竹大熊给父母签法国的经验）


2 Vistor 签证（对于不要求签证进入的国家，如加拿大，澳大利亚）
转student--能
转WP--不能
转HSMP--不能


3 Student 签证
转vistor--能
转student陪读签证--理论上必须回国签证，但也有直接在英国面签成功的例子。
转SEGS--能
转WP--能，不一定要等到拿到毕业证（可以出具学校的证明信）
转HSMP--能

请问在SCOTLAND毕业后那的那2年签证到期了该怎么办啊？知道有种方法是找到工作，办工签，不过要是找不到工作怎么办啊？还可以再转成学生签吗？谢谢！

我来补充一点，我LG作为我的dependent和我一起在英国从student visa转成HSMP visa，我们刚刚拿到visa。我们两个原先都是student visa，这次一起申请的，不知道如果他单独申请从student visa转HSMP配偶签证会怎样，或许就要回国签了吧。
