Work permit enquiries
For work permit telephone enquiries please call the our customer contact centre on 0114 207 4074. Our opening hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. You can order work permit application forms by calling by calling 0117 344 1471 which is open from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
For work permit e-mail enquiries please contact wpcustomers@ind.homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk.
For worker registration scheme e-mail enquiries please contact WRS@ind.homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk. Individuals from Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary and the Czech Republic may have to register under this scheme.
