Post: PA to Director

Responsibilities:


The PA will be required to assist overall with the business development and marketing of the company, especially in the area of tourism and golfing business development.
S/he will report to one of the directors of the company and have the following main activities:

1. Answering clients queries
2. prepare proposal documents (itineraries, contract, etc) for the clients
3. managing the forces of tour guide, driver and business representative
4. liaison with regular clients, partners, golf clubs, hotels and coach companies
5. handling and guarantee each tour or project’s operation (e.g. hotel booking, allocation of coach/car and tour guide, etc)
6. filing of each project (invoice, income statement, etc)
7. preparing the leaflet and conducting marketing via various methods such as network, online marketing etc.

Person Specification

1. Fluent English and Chinese both oral and written is essential
2. Excellent computing skills of Microsoft office is essential, good skills of web design and advertising are advantages
3. Knowledge on British tourism industry, golfing is essential. Although work experience in this area is not essential, business sensitivity must be equipped with the ideal candidate.
4. Good communication skills, team player
5. self organised, highly attention to detail



WORK TIME

9am-5:30pm, Mon-Fri. Some unsocial time of business trip

LOCATION

CATCHPELL BUSINESS CENTRE, LEITH, EDINBURGH, (Free parking, tea or coffee, friendly team work environment, refreshment room and individual office suite)


Payment: basic salary+commission+bonus
