We want our placement year students to contribute to the business as quickly as possible, with this in mind we put all students through a 4 week intensive training programme in order to give them the necessary skills to hit the ground running on real projects. This is becoming even more critical as we move to an “agile” development methodology.

From time to time, this individual may be required to undertake assignments not directly covered by this role profile as the needs of the business demand, as part of their personal development plan or to enhance the departmental capability.
