各位朋友，本人请教一下，我的朋友的半年期学生签证上有这样的标注:

No resourse to publice funds - work (and any changes)
must be authorised. Police Registration within 7 days of Arrival

请问这样的visa student 是否可以在学习期间做一些part time的工作，另外，会不会影响半年后在英国的续签？

No resources to Public funds + --- 不能申请政府补助，从政府要钱

另一句是让你到英国７天之内到当地警察局注册。。
