1.把切好的鱼片放生姜末,黄酒,盐,一点糖,胡椒,味精,也可以放点酱油一起腌个1-2小时,让它入味。
2.将腌好的鱼片放到滚水里过一便,让其6分熟,沥干,盛起。煲底下可铺层生菜打底,上面放上半熟的鱼片
3.鱼片上放葱段,蒜片若干
4.半碗油在小锅里加热,放入姜末,蒜末,干辣椒,花椒,中火让其出味出色
5.热油往鱼片上一浇.......
6.开吃!!
